Founded in 2003, Evergreen Construction Company (ECC) is a full service construction company formed as an affiliate of Evergreen Real Estate Group (EREG) to provide complete construction management services for residential properties owned, developed or managed by Evergreen Real Estate Group. Evergreen Construction Company provides EREG the ability to control and manage the overall construction process. Evergreen Construction staff provide valuable insight from decades of construction experience in the Real Estate & Construction industry. The company has successfully operated in the Chicagoland & Midwest region for the past fourteen years working on both small and large scale construction, repair, and alteration projects focusing on residential low income, affordable housing, & assisted living market sectors. ECC has experience in all aspects of multi-family residential construction. Evergreen's rehabilitation projects have included conversion of units to full ADA accessibility and 504 compliances, updating life safety systems, major plumbing upgrades, HVAC system upgrades to new roofs and siding. ECC has significant experience in in-place rehabilitations of both multifamily and senior properties.
